In this guide i will tell you how to root your Samsung Galaxy Fresh Gt - S7390 and S7392
There are different methods you can use to root this device
Try whichever you want, If a method doesn't work, try another.
1st method:
UnlockRoot:
1- Download Samsung USB Drivers from HERE
2- Download Unlock Root from HERE
3- Enable usb debugging from your phone's settings
4- Connect phone with usb, when detected, click root, wait.
2nd method:
A Universal Chinese rooting program:
1- Download Samsung USB Drivers from HERE if you didn't download erlier
2- Download the rooting program from HERE
3- Enable usb debugging from your phone's settings
4- Connect phone with usb then:

*If you want to install other super user app because you don't understand chinese
download the super user app you prefer from play store
update the binary of the new super user app
uninstall the Chinese super user app
3rd method:
Framaroot:
1- Turn on usb debugging from your phone's settings, and enable installing applications from unknown sources
2- Install framaroot 1.5.1 apk from HERE
    Or if it doesn't work try 1.6.1 apk from HERE
3- Try all exploits until it roots
4th method:
1ClickRoot:
1- Download Samsung USB Drivers from HERE if you didn't download erlier
2- Turn on usb debugging from your phone's settings
3- Run this 1clickroot.exe , click root

In this guide i'm gonna show you how to update your Sony Xperia M to android 4.2.2

It works for both single and dual sim versions (tested)

First: Downloads

Sony Flashtool

C2005_15.2.A.1.12_CE.ftf (firmware file)

Second: Steps

1- Install Sony flashtool

2- Go to C:/flashtool/drivers open flashtool-drivers.exe

3- Select Xperia M drivers on installation, if you don't find it, install both flashmode and fastboot drivers

4- Copy C2005_15.2.A.1.12_CE.ftf to  C:/flashtool/firmwares/

5- Open Flashtool program itself, click on flash, choose the downloaded firmware then click ok

    *If you don't want to delete user data on your phone uncheck userdata.sin first

6- Start flashing process, when Flashtool shows pop up window, connect phone to PC while holding volume down button

7- Wait few minutes, and you're done
